Before your appointment

To tailor the treatment to your specific conditions and preferences, kindly complete the intake form. This is to design a personalized plan that aligns with your wellness goals.

During treatment

Your comfort and well-being are top priorities. If you experience any pain or discomfort during your session, please don't hesitate to communicate it. Techniques will be promptly adjusted to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment. You have the freedom to choose the clothing that you feel most comfortable in. You are welcome to keep on any attire that aligns with your comfort level and ensures a relaxed experience. 

Home Care

Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond the treatment room. After your session, our practitioner will provide personalized homecare guidance to ensure that you continue to experience the full benefits of the treatment in the comfort of your own home. This may include recommendations for self-care practices, exercises, lifestyle adjustments tailored to your specific needs and goals, or meditation, perhaps some affirmation to live by. By incorporating these homecare practices into your daily routine, you can prolong the effects of the treatment and maintain your overall health and wellness. We believe that proactive self-care is essential for achieving long-lasting results, and our practitioners are dedicated to supporting you every step of the way on your wellness journey.

Pricing

Dedicated to maintaining affordability for all, each treatment is all-inclusive, eliminating any extra charges for the use of cups, hot stones, masks, and more. GST is added to treatments if applicable, as per CRA requirements. Your wellness is top priority, and  the goal is to make it accessible without hidden costs.

Payment options

In addition to offering direct billing to most insurance companies, multiple convenient payment options are available to suit your preferences. You can choose to pay in cash, through Interac email money transfer, or by using debit and/or credit cards. The goal is to ensure a hassle-free and flexible payment process for valued clients. Credit card on file is mandatory for each client regardless of payment method after each treatment to protect both practitioners and the clinic from no-shows and late cancellations.

Gratuities

Tipping is not mandatory but rather optional, and we sincerely appreciate any gratuity you choose to offer. Your generosity is greatly valued and acknowledged as a token of appreciation for our services.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be done 24 prior to appointment to avoid fees. 

Late cancellation is 50% of the treatment booked and must be paid prior to future bookings.

No show / no notice is 100% of the treatment booked and must be paid prior to future bookings.
